A teenager fell more than 40 stories to his death after falling into a rubbish chute at a luxury high rise apartment block. Charlie Manley, who had Down’s Syndrome and was autistic, was found at the bottom of the tunnel in the basement of the 48 storey building on Chicago’s Gold Coast.

Speaking from a purely evolutionary perspective, if you’re stupid enough to squeeze yourself into and drop down a trash chute, maybe it’s good that your genes were removed from the gene pool.
